AMPROSIA ANTHOLOGY LAUNCH

WCDR hosts May 23 book launch and readings at Safari Bar & Grill in Ajax

Mark down Thursday, May 23 on your calendar. That’s the date we launch Amprosia an anthology of the best entries from our recent prose competition. The book launch takes place at Safari Bar & Grill in Ajax from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Copies of the anthology will be on sale for $13.95 and many of the contributors will be on hand to read their entries, chat with guests and sign books.

Amprosia attracted entries from across Canada and around the world. Check WCDR’s website (Amprosia Winners Page) to learn more about the contest winners and commentary by award-winning author and guest judge Terry Fallis.

Safari Bar & Grill is located in Ajax at 60 Randall Drive (Kingston Road between Brock and Westney Road). Admission to the event is free. Your free admission includes an offering of appetizers. The dinner menu and cash bar will be available.

If you’d like to attend, please RSVP online at Amprosia Launch RSVP page by May 21.

Space is limited and last year’s event was a sell-out.

Can’t attend but still want a copy of the book? Order your copy of Amprosia on the WCDR website using PayPal. Copies can be picked up at the launch and at the June and July breakfast meetings, or mailed out (additional $3.50 for postage).
