You probably don’t need this post to tell you that our website has been substantially updated! However, you may want to know how that happened. As usual with the WCDR it was the result of our dedicated volunteers.
On Saturday, August 25th, Christina Vasilevski (our doughty webmaster), Rich Helms (our Web ArchAngel), James Dewar (our valiant president), and Sue Reynolds (Member of the Year 2012), headed into Rich’s office for a day of creativity and flying fingers.
Christina had developed the look of the site months ago, but the site is so big that it took many hours of work by all four people to bring it up to the level it’s at now.

Here’s a picture of the team at work. And no, that is NOT a box of Tim Horton’s doughnuts in the bottom left of the picture. Really. It’s not. (Okay, it IS a box of doughnuts. We admit it. Blame it on Christina!)
